The children have delved further this week into the extraordinary life of Alfred Russel Wallace. His life is inspiring. His mind was brilliant and his achievements great, yet he didn’t seek glory for himself but instead avidly celebrated the success of others. What a man to learn about! The children have done a wonderful job crafting their biographies about him with a particular focusing on revising and editing.
In Maths this week, we have been looking at a couple of skills:
- Adding and subtracting decimals
- Solving multi-step problems involving all 4 operations
