This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Marcus Sedgwick, author of Floodland, to our school. He visited virtually, all the way from his writing office in France. The children asked some wonderful questions – Marcus emailed afterwards to say how interesting they were – and we learned a lot about what it is to be a professional author.
