Thank you to Fuji reporters this week!
This week on Wednesday Year 5 and 6 had Sports day and everyone had fun.
During Sports day, we did events such as marathon, sprint race, egg and spoon race, skipping and obstacle race. It was a very close scoreboard with the winning team 10 points ahead of the team finishing in fourth. Mr Smith challenged us with ‘Mr Smithy bonus races’; extra activities such as a longer marathon, 2-lap obstacle race and another sprint relay. After Sports day had finished, we got to know the results. Here are the results:
4. Purple Team: 52 points
3. Yellow Team: 58 points
2. Blue Team: 61 points
1. Green Team: 62 points
We even had some amazing cheerleaders. Everyone took part and that’s what matters…. HIP HIP, HORRAYYY!
