We had an incredible week! Year 4 worked super hard learning about the Paleozoic era and all the different periods inside it. We explored the evolution of fish, amphibians and the first plants that colonised the earth! To culminate all this amazing learning, we created a songs about it and performed them to great success!

In Maths, we continued exploring the relationship between multiplication and division and we explored how to divide by 10 and 100, as well as starting to use partitioning to solve more difficult multiplications.

In Science, we used our knowledge of solids, liquids and gases to learn about the Water Cycle and how water can naturally be found in all these states. We also devised and conducted an experiment to show how clouds become saturated befor (1)e releasing rain. The children really enjoyed this and were very inquisitive during it, coming up with insightful questions and theories.
