World Book Day: A Big Thank You to Our Volunteer Readers!
A huge thank you to all the parents who volunteered to read in our Jackanory session for World Book Day! Your participation made the day extra special, and the children thoroughly enjoyed listening to the stories you shared. It was a fantastic way to celebrate the joy of reading and we truly appreciate.
Maths: Mastering Multiplication and Division by 10 and 100
In maths this week, we focused on multiplying and dividing numbers by 10 and 100. The children grasped these concepts quickly, and many were excited to learn that it makes working with larger numbers so much easier! We also ventured into the world of decimals, where they learned how to multiply decimals – how cool is that? It’s been a fun and practical week, and the children have demonstrated great understanding and enthusiasm!

Humanities: Learning About Global Displacement
In humanities, we’ve been focusing on the issue of global displacement and refugees. The children learned about countries with the biggest displacement of people and the reasons behind it. Through discussions and activities, they demonstrated a deep sense of empathy and understanding of the varying situations in different parts of the world. It was a powerful learning experience, and we’re so proud of how the children showed our core value of empathy
