Dear Parents and Carers,
It has been another very busy and productive week in school.
We are pleased to share that we have now finished publishing our letters, and they are ready to be sent. The children have worked hard to complete and present these carefully, and we are proud of the effort they have put in and we hope many replies.
We also enjoyed a fantastic Sports Day this week, which was a great success. The kids showed excellent teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout all of the events. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and such positive encouragement from classmates.
In Design and Technology (DT), we have started testing product designs as part of our biscuit box unit. The children have been exploring ideas, evaluating different designs, and beginning to think like real designers as they plan their final products.
Looking ahead to next week, we will be holding a spelling quiz covering all the Year group spellings we have been practising, as well as key spelling patterns linked to prefixes. To help with revision over the weekend, here is a list of words that may appear in the quiz:
