Hi Year 2!
Welcome back to your online learning! We hope that you and your families had a wonderful Easter break. We are really looking forward to all of the fantastic learning that will take place over this summer term. Please see below all of the learning activities for the week. DAY 1
Maths: This week in Maths we are learning about direction. Today in Maths we will be describing movement. Take a look here: Maths
For each Maths activity, we will also provide a ‘number ninja’ activity as well as continuing our investigations for those of you who want extra workouts for your brains!
English: This week we are exploring portals to fantasy lands- today we will be making our own portal somewhere in our home or garden.

Maths: Today we are describing turns. Take a look for further learning activities, including Number Ninjas and another investigation: Maths
English: Today we are imagining what our fantasy land will be like and drawing pictures/making models of our land.

Maths: Today in Maths we are looking at continuing a sequence of patterns: Maths
English: Today we are writing descriptions of our fantasy lands.

Topic: Today in Topic we will be learning all about Robots. What is a robot? We will also be exploring how technology can be used to help people in their everyday lives.
