In English, we learned about the structure of a fantasy story and wrote our own setting descriptions inspired by the book: The Robot and the Bluebird https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwoZ5ZVpfIU
We practised writing using expanded noun phrases, adjectives, the 5 senses.
Next week, we will be writing our own fantasy stories.

In science, we learned about different crops that grow in the UK. We will be planting some in our allotment in the next couple of weeks so we look forward to watching them grow.
We are excited play leaders from year 4 and 5 will be starting again to encourage us to play a wider range of games at playtimes!
