It’s been another fantastic week of learning this week in Year 2.
In English this week, we used the fable ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’ and innovated it, beginning to plan our own versions of the story that include a moral relating to honesty, which has been our focus in PRE.
In Maths, we started our new unit of work on position and direction.
We also had our KS1 Sports Day on Thursday, which was great fun!
Next week:
English: we will write up our stories inspired by ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’.
Maths: we will be continuing with our learning on position and direction.
Music: we will be doing a special performance that we have been preparing for during our weekly Music lessons.
