What a busy last week of school, we are so proud of all the Year 2 children and their wonderful learning!

This week we wrote Christmas poems and created our own maths games, ready to get in the Christmas spirit

.

We also had a very special Great Fire of London themed TastEd session. The children tried radishes, grapes and peas and had fun inventing their own food themed street names.

  • Spring 1 will start on Wednesday 5th January 2021.
  • Please remember to bring in your PE kits ready to be used.
  • Spelling Spectacular challenge: as this term comes to an end we wanted to let you know of a new exciting challenge that we will launch for the Year 2 children in Spring 1. This is the Spelling Spectacular challenge to encourage the children to learn all of the KS1 common exception words by the end of Spring 1.
