We had a lovely week, thinking about the meaning of mental health and expressing our feelings.

In English, we made our own books thinking about how we have grown and changed from when we were babies to now.

In Maths, we learned subtraction with regrouping, we used dienes and the number line to solve these equations.

In TastEd, we tried broccoli and blueberries, the food that Ringo Star used to love! We tried this with cinnamon and oil, what interesting combinations.

This ended with a colourful celebration of the diversities in our school and how all families are different but all have love in common.

If you want during the holiday you could practise your times tables  https://ttrockstars.com/or your spellings. Spelling checklist sheet

To help us be compassionate citizen over the holidays please find a Bingo sheet with activities that include litter-picking, bug-hotel building and responsible recycling. Half term ECO bingo

We hope you have a lovely rest, read lots, play outside, stay active and healthy!

We look forward to seeing you on Monday 21st.
