The children have had a fantastic start to the second half of this summer term. We have been enjoying the sunshine (and shade) especially in our new construction area where children have has the opportunity to build their own structures using realistic building materials.
In Phonics we have been reviewing many of our high frequency words (including: there, their, these, what, where and who) and recapping our unit 11 sounds. Can you have a go at building and reading some of the following words: shed, brush, chin, match, thump, snack, whisk, and quick.
In Maths we have been using Rekenreks to show our subitising skills.
In PE we have continued our Dance unit, creating a dance sequence and trying to make our movements smooth.
Reminders
