Ms Lois Thorne – I am proud to be the Class Teacher of Year 6, Antares Class, at the University of Cambridge Primary School. Now in my second year of teaching and my second year in Year 6, I feel incredibly fortunate to guide and support children as they strive to achieve their best and prepare to flourish as they move on to secondary school.
Becoming a primary school teacher has always been my dream. I completed my teacher training at Canterbury Christ Church University in Kent, earning a degree in Primary Education. This training and foundation has led to an incredible start to my career here at the University of Cambridge Primary School.
Outside of school, you will find me playing the piano, swimming, baking bread and most importantly, spending quality time with my friends and family.
