Ms Cressida McKay Frith – I am the proud teacher of Sunflowers Class at the University of Cambridge Primary School. Born and brought up in Scotland, I studied flute at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester before moving to Hong Kong, where I taught flute and group musicianship classes to children of all ages. I later completed my Early Primary PGCE at the University of Cambridge, where I was awarded the Charles Fox Prize for outstanding contribution to the course.
I am deeply passionate about the Kodály concept of music education, and I have completed the British Kodály Certificate of Professional Practice in both Early Years and Primary. I now bring my love of music and singing into the classroom every day.
Outside school, I enjoy reading, cooking, and still occasionally playing the flute.
